Hi my name is Paul Coleman i have had the pleasure of the weight management course, and now the i'm taking the circuit training course. On my journey I have had the pleasure of meeting some really helpful and professional trainers and other members ,but all the way through my journey i have had one contact common throughout ,and the lady is Selena Right she is more than just helpful she goes the full mile to try and help. Her attitude is very positive towards people and i find her spoken words very calming,that could be a medicine in itself (i love speaking to her ) One you Leeds (Reed) you should be very proud to have such a pleasant and helpful member of staff .Thank you and Regards Paul

Advocacy Support

I joined the programe last year in December as I wanted to make life changes and lose weight. The fist introduction appointment went well and I felt really positive. The communication was really good too. My first session was booked in January. It was really hard to go as it was an evening and a miserable cold Monday night. I made myself attend only to get there and find out the session was cancelled. I didnt receive any message to let me know. It was really disappointing and annoying. There were two other women waititng who felt the same. I decided not to return which is bad I think :-(
