Went in several glasses stores in our local town, Crawley. In the previous stores we were ignored, however we were given exceptional service in Optical Express. We were so impressed that we booked an eye test the next day and ordered 2 pairs of glasses for our daughter. Again, the next day, on visiting the store we were given excellent advise and lots of time by the assistants. Nothing was too much trouble. Credit where it’s due, by far the best service I’ve had in a while. Very happy and I will go back again.

Thank you to the Crawley branch team . Very professional, approachable and friendly from start to finish . This was my first ever eye test but they made it a worthwhile experience. Staff worked as a team it was evident as the process was smooth sailing from start to finish . More so Lilia (staff) towards the end of my visit. Well Lilia what can I say you have such a manner that made the choosing of my spectacles enjoyable and painless . Very patient lady who knows her job too . A VERY BIG THANK YOU

I had my eye test, and whilst I only needed reading glasses, Lilia helped me choose some new eyewear. I had previously bought the 5 pairs for 20.00 off the web, as I was leaving them all over the place. Lilia was patient and very helpful, and despite the fact that I was shopping on my own, helped me choose some glasses that even my wife felt suited me very well. A great experience.

Aks team provided me with a great service. They gave me honest and helpful advice as I was interested in getting laser eye surgery. I proceeded with the surgery and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. They also provided fantastic after care which I am very grateful for. The manager always made me feel very welcome coming into the store and so did all of his team.

I loved the customer service at Optical express and I highly recommend it to everyone. All the staff were nice and knowledgable. Particularly, I had my trial contact lens session today with Liam who was very nice, helpful and patient to teach me how to do them. The entire team is very friendly and welcoming.

Liam is beyond exceptional he deserves more than 5 stars. He’s been helping me out for the past few weeks with fitting me a last minute appointment for my contact lenses and today he has helped me find the perfect frame for my new glasses. He goes beyond expectation for customer’s satisfaction 10/10 I’d advise anyone to ask for him for any help.
