I had a great experience at Uxbridge where I was greeted and taken care of very well by the advisor Mahima who kindly spoke me through the available options for laser surgery. Unfortunately, I was found unsuitable which I was slightly disappointed about. However, I was instantly put at ease by Reena the optometrist who had arranged a follow up appointment to run even further scans at Harley St to explain why this was in more depth. I had problems with my varying prescription and this could not be explained by my regular opticians. However, all my questions and concerns had all been answered by optical express in just 2 days. The service was great and I felt very supported throughout my entire journey. This clinic specifically is ran really well, hats off to the manager!

Fantastic service overall. Very swift and meticulous in their eye testing procedures. Overall I was in and out inside 35 minutes. Would highly recommend. Very well done and great work from the Manager Bal and his team.

Had an eye test recently. The staff were very professional and friendly, especially with the current climate. I would recommend anyone to visit. I personally want to shout out Baljit Bassi, a very knowledgeable part of the team.

Had a free eye test and ended up with double vision. Its been going on almost three weeks and they do not know what is causing it. I asked for a grown up to call me back from their main HQs last week but still no one has. Please avoid at all costs.

Made a booking online. Was sent a confirmation by post of my appointment. That was all good. We I arrived for my appointment I was told there is a 1.5 hour wait. The reason running late, no apology. They could have called me to let me know. So my morning was wasted. I ve decided to book elsewhere as I don't have a good first impression of then.

Had Lasek in 2009 with Life time aftercare peace of mind. Was clearly told any future tests\\ procedures would be free of charge. Called today for a test because my eye sight has started to deteriorate and was told to check my T&C's.. there is no such aftercare! (Zero stars, had to click on one so I could submit). Unbelievable from a high street brand.
