The work was sponsored by Amazon. Having waited weeks for another contractor, Amazon put me on to OrderWork who quickly responded and sent a technician about 24 hours later. Despite having problems to overcome the work was completed and the new system is working well. The technicians were pleasant and cheerful and went out of their way to complete the job satisfactorily. I can happily recommend this company.

This is the third time this year our family have used their installation service. Each time they have done an excellent job. This last time was to install a tv for my very elderly parents. Leo, the engineer, was prompt, thorough and brilliant with my parents. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely awful experience they were supposed to come between 8:00 and 12 finally they showed up between 12 and one - apologized to be late but rushing through the job ended up cutting the cable to the TV when they could’ve simply unplug from the old TV and replug the new as I found later . I ended up removing the wall plug myself because they could not damaged the wall - hello! But when yuh drill holes what do you think you are doing? The placement of the panel was wrong and did not take into account the cables that could have been handled with the channels behind the panel. Then they argued that they will Need to come back to dig channels thru the wall for and hide the cables to get a flat screen against the wall. I ended up finishing the work myself - DO NOT COME BACK. Avoid those clowns at all cost.

Did an absolutely amazing job of mounting my TV! It was a tricky job but they did it with extreme professionalism. When asked for advice they gave me the best advice and really made the whole process so smooth. I couldn't have asked for better people do to this job. I didn't catch their names but I really hope they get the recognition they deserve for working so hard and doing a fantastic job.
