Ordered a bulk bag of topsoil on a Wednesday for delivery Friday as I needed it for the weekend. No notification of delivery. Telephoned the office they stated they cannot deliver until next Wednesday a week after i Ordered which seeing you pay for delivery and it should be next day is inexcusable. Waited in all day and needed the soil for the weekend which I am not going to get now. No contact from them to tell me this until I chase it up. Unreliable. I wonder how long my refund will take ? Will not use again.

Vege topsoil arrived, but was full of small live shoots and moss. T's & Cs state that we have to pay to have it returned which will cost as much as the soil. Obviously not a company that cares about their product, customer, not using fair terms and conditions.

Easy to order, efficient delivery, driver friendly and helpful. Unfortunately topsoil was full of shoots, I have spent the last month clearing the beds of them, they're absolutely everywhere.
