They have been out to fix my oven in the past, quick easy and professional. Called back as I thought it had broken again due to a power cut in the street, he explained the clock just needs setting.... it did the trick! Fantastic service, what else do you need from a local company
Quickly replaced a defective washing machine within a day and followed COVID guidelines very well. Couldn't recommend them enough if you're in the area.
Not impressed. Waited in for a repair man who charged 25 to tell me he'd be in touch over a part. Wasted over another week waiting to here from him regarding whether or not he could get the part, but never heard from him again. Seemed like a nice enough man, but a complete wast of time and 25. One star for turning up on time, and being friendly, nothing for the service I'm afraid.
