Not enough parking room. Main drive not wide enough, entrance to storage often blocked by larger vehicles who spread contents out blocking trolley access. Trolleys are stored in a location where there is no room to remove or replace the trolley. Trolleys damaged some are broken and handles come off suddenly. Storage lockers are very dark inside. Can be difficult to see if your not a rabbit. As a suggestion for entrance and exit. Instead of the awkward waiting for others to type codes on the entrance\\exit gate (which is the only way to set\\unset the alarm for you locker) so only one car at a time can go through gate. Everyone has to wait till the gate shuts. How about using swipe cards.

After 18 months of using this Access Storage facilities in Orpington, the time has come to close my account. I would like to say what an absolutely fantastic team to work with, Dee, Chris, & Julia have been great to work with. From my first induction into the world of storage they have been available all of the time and constantly able to offer the most competitive prices, with deals to suite most people. But the most important part for me was they are always chipper and happy, as well as keen to engage with their clients. Should I have any need for storage this will be my go to place.
