I Loved the whole process. I work in Car sales myself and I had a Ford Fiesta ST to Part ex. The process couldn't have been easier. Humair was great in getting me to my payment, I was very specific and they worked very very hard to get me there. Dan who looked after me was Fantastic. He was so knowledgeable and an asset to TWWhites. I have come into contact with most sales teams and service departments at this company and there isn't a bad egg anywhere. They are all very respectful and work really hard. You can tell they're not on commission as it states on their desk's because there is no hard sales techniques. It's very refreshing. Now onto the Car! OMG! I have had 5 cars in the last 4 years. This is one of my favourites, I am a Fordy, always have been and always will be but my circumstances changed and I wanted to be sensible. This car is amazing!! I don't know why it doesn't get more press! Mazda have really thought about this, inside I feel like I'm in a 50k car... Not a 30k car. SPOT ON!!! Thanks again to the team at TWWHITES and see you in 4 years time I'm sure! :)

We agreed a price, then everything else was taken care of - test drive, trading in my old car, taxing the new vehicle, warranty, insurance for my drive home. A really positive experience, I would happily buy a car from T W White again.

I booked my car in for it’s annual service. Within a couple of hours of dropping the car off, Louise called to say there were a couple of small jobs that were needed as well as the service and if I was happy to proceed with them and also informed me that the air con was a due a service but they had checked it and she advised that it was working perfectly and would be fine to delay until the next service. When I collected the car I was pleasantly surprised to see it had valeted inside and out which I thought was a really nice touch. Overall very pleased with car service and also the customer service from Louise.
