It had been great to get back to the gym and classes, all very clean and well thought out. Shame the pool is not open, something to look forward to. Well done to teachers

Swimming first time since COVID. Good system in place. 45min swimming slots a bit short but need to give as many as possible an opertunity to enjoy themselves.

I am very frustrated as I have been trying to contact Walnuts Leisure Centre since 8am this morning. The telephone options of 1-5 immediately cut my call off, option 6 message reports unable to transfer my call then cuts the call. I have continued to pay my membership throughout the year even when unable to access the centre. Today is the first time since March I have tried to book a group session. I am locked out of my app membership and unable to speal to anyone to reinstate this or book a group session. This is not acceptable service.

Bit busy for kids when opened.. buzz zone was dirty and just didn't like it there. Wasn't safe for my special needs child
