I contacted Ortega Medina to help me with some complications with my approved 01 visa. From the start Orlando was extremely helpful and made me feel like I was in excellent hands. I was anxious and worried about it, and his calm, intelligent approach kept me positive. Izidora Levi was my main point of contact going forward and worked above and beyond what I'd expected. Covid and the travel ban made things even harder, and she was with me every step of the way, constantly working to find a way for us to move forward at an extremely difficult time with regards to immigration. Today my visa was processed and my life has changed completely. All thanks to Izidora and Orlando. I cannot recommend this firm enough. Without a shadow of a doubt, Orlando is the ruddiest, arrogant man I have ever met. After being let down by a separate immigration lawyer, I explained to him that I would be speaking to other companies and getting other quotes. He then accused me of wasting his time, even though I paid 300 for 45, and told me... and I quote... "I have told you what you need to know, that should be good enough for you" Arrogant, unpleasant, wouldn't recommend. Use someone that is actually a nice person to deal with!
