I have been going to Simon for years. Incredibly knowledgeable, professional and amicable. Their rates are the best you can find anywhere but the service is better than anywhere else. And if you decided your laptop needed a bath and is beyond help they will offer amazing cheap replacements.

The guy running it is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. More to the point, he stocks the weird and almost obsolete cartridges that my ancient printer uses, and at a very reasonable price.

This review is from my Husband Danny Harris. Since been in lockdown Danny has worked from home and unfortunately we have a leather sofa and he put the laptop on the arm and it slid off. It was on when it hit the floor but when he picked it up, nothing, dead, wouldn't turn on, he called a few people and then rang his friend to see if he knew of anyone that is good at what they do. Simon at Excel Computer Solutions in Ossett was his first choice and he also went to Simon via recommendation. So from meeting Simon he was informative and clearly very knowledgeable, he booked the laptop in, and was calling us at different stages throughout the repair. We both personally did not think it was repairable, but that call came and we heard, it's ready to collect when you are, he saved all our data, got new hard drive and a full service at a very very good price and for what we paid is not even a fraction of having to go buy and source a new laptop. we gave him a nice well earned tip. Now the only reason Danny wants this company to have a review is because he deserves it for the service he offers as he really helped when we needed it. Thanks Simon
