Great service and knowledge. I needed a new bulb for my Sony HW40ES and had heard of purple cat from internet forums and web searching. Craig walked me through my options and I ordered a lamp that came quickly and the bulb was OE (Philips) in compatible housing (not paying Sony what they command for an entire lamp unit!). New bulb nice and bright so we busted out interstellar on blu ray and nearly destroyed the house with the black hole and wormhole scenes (the bass, the BASS!). I digress however, thanks Purple Cat.

Needed an AV system for our village hall and had to get 3 quotes. These guys were by far the most friendly, helpful and professional company. Excellent pre sales advice to ensure we ordered what worked for us. No over selling and a free pre site visit to check, we are 3 hours away! Installation was on the day to suit us, hassle free, quick, clean and tidy, and the demo session clear and easy to understand. Naturally the pricing was keen and the lowest too. Very content and pleased to endorse.
