We decided to go to YPS for our new bathroom as we wanted to support a local business and because of the excellent reviews. Michelle was very patient with us as we were not exactly sure what we wanted and is clearly an expert in design. The software combined with the large monitor made the whole process a lot easier as we were able to easily visualise the final design. Eddie was our bathroom fitter and we have nothing but praise for him. We were consulted about everything and he helped us make our decisions. His work ethic is outstanding and the quality of his work cannot be faulted. Most evenings he worked till late and always cleaned up before leaving. He is most respectful and a genuinely nice person. We did have a problem with the mirrored cabinet but this was in no way the fault of YPS and both James and Sam worked hard to get the issue resolved. In conclusion we are very pleased with our new bathroom and have no hesitation in recommending YPS. Max and Lynn

We have just had our beautiful bathroom designed, supplied and fitted by YPS. From our very first meeting at the Otley showroom, we were expertly advised by Sam on fittings and fixtures and what would work best for our requirements. Michelle carried out a full site survey. We discussed styles and again, we received excellent guidance and support. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Our fitter, Fran, was brilliant. If he had questions, he took photos and sent them to me when I was at work so that we could talk through what needed to be done. His workmanship shows what a perfectionist he is. He was punctual, clean and tidy and was always happy to advise alternatives, i.e. Fran recommended a tiled skirting as opposed to our planned wooden skirting and this looked 100% better. The whole project has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish and I cannot recommend YPS highly enough.
We are so pleased with our new bathroom & our experience with YPS. We received our quotations promptly and were never put under any pressure to proceed. The products recommended by Michelle proved to be a good choice and she really worked with us to achieve the look we wanted. Fran carried out the installation with a minimum of disruption. His work is of a very high standard with real attention to detail. He made sure to involve us in any decisions required and kept us informed on the progress. We would not hesitate to recommend YPS to anyone.
From the start to the finish we found the service from YPS to be very professional, they took aboard my wife's disability needs and even though we made certain changes midway through installation this was all accepted and acted upon smoothly. The workmen were all excellent and efficient and took care of our home whilst working. I would gladly recommend you consider this company if you are planning a bathroom or kitchen.
YPS were very easy to deal with from start to finish. They communicated promptly and provided sensible suggestions while listening to what we wanted. Fran worked really hard to remove our old bathroom and fit a completely new one in just over a week and kept everything really clean and tidy. We are really pleased with the quality of the workmanship and wouldn't hesitate to recommend YPS.
