AVOID at all costs ! we ordered a hot tub a couple years ago from outdoor living then had to cancel, they refused to refund the deposit. Terrible company to deal with. there are many better suppliers out there. They are interested ion one thing getting your money ! zero interest in doing the right thing ! Still avoid !! response from owner says lots changed in last couple of years !! they still have my 500 !!!!! so not much changed has it !!!!

I have been dealing with Jacuzzi Leeds for the last 5 years. The service has also been exceptional. When the surface of my original tub began to laminate there was no question from them that the tub had been manufactured with a major fault. They offered to undertake the exchange without being asked, but when I suggested I might as well upgrade my tub at the same time, there was no question that it was possible and after negotiating a cracking deal for the upgrade it all went well. I cannot recommend Darren and his team enough. I wouldn’t dream of buying a hot tub from anyone else. Well done guys, keep up the exceptional service

The overall quality of the j525 for the cost is well over priced 2OK . but the back up has been good to rectIfy the problems. mine is now 3 yrs old and a bit worried as to what will go wrong next .3 speakers 3 covers 2 side panels 2 jets 1control panel 2internal lights sleeve replace as glue did not stick and 1 set of internal lights 3 Sets of pillows but told this is down to chemicals and wear and tear but they did replace one set I use my tub nearly every day so more than most On a positive note jets are good and very comfortable
