We have just about completed installing an outdoor pool from Bakewell Pools. From the initial contact where we went to the showroom and viewed the products right up to the present day when we have been back to them for help and advice on various matters they have always been extremely helpful. The company supply detailed digging and installation drawings and instructions plus additional guidance on the options available for cleaning etc. Although the company no longer installs pools they have a wealth of experience and are always available and willing to help. I must say that we were initially concerned about completing the installation ourselves but it was quite straight forward. I would be quite happy to recommend the company to others and in fact I just have. Michael Wells.

Really pleased with our pool. There were plenty of choices of colours and finishes and we were advised well when choosing what we wanted. We were helped step by step from the start to the end and nothing was too much trouble. A lovely friendly family run business. The pool is in use every day with no problems. We would definitely recommend them.

Unacceptable customer care. They promise all these things that they will install, that they will change the skimmer if need be, that if we order everything from them they will look after every aspect and then we realise they are just suppliers - they don't even pick up phone to offer advice and we are left with a pool nobody will install, countless boxes with equipment that don't fit our space and no idea how to proceed. It is very hard to find them on the phone, to have things explained and to offer alternatives to who can install a pool. I regret going with them, as I realise how important it is to buy a pool from people that care about installing it right, accommodating the customers needs and space dimensions and communicate sufficiently. All that was verbally promised to me but sadly in this case this company is far from keeping their word.
