We found a fault with the flush of a downstairs toilet which was traced to a collapsed underground pipe. Rather than facing our insurance company directly we decided to get in touch with Concept (after being recommended to do so by a friend). Jamie came the next day to review our insurance contract and advised that sadly we didn't have insurance to cover the damage. Jamie was at all times professional and was happy to help even though our insurance couldn't cover us at the time. Although we couldn't use his services this time I will certainly be in touch if/when we next have an insurance related claim.

A pipe burst in our upstairs bathroom, flooding the room, soaking through the ceiling and flooding the ground floor of our house. Having started the process of dealing with the insurance company directly, I quickly realised i was way out of my depth. Excuse the pun.
