Not really German quality doner! Better than the English ones filled with mayo but duram wraps are just burrito wraps!

We used to love this place but, since the second week, the place is going down the hill, we ordered two simple things: Doner box with fries Doner durum with just meat The first one came with raw chicken mixed with burnt chicken and soggy fries and the second one was just the burrito with a quarter of the amount that used to have before (was basically and empty burrito)
Thought I should post this as an alternative to some of the negative reviews. I don't know if something has changed, or whether I just got lucky, but I had a great kebab from here. It was delivered very quickly (15m), everything I ordered was there (along with sauces and even one of those fancy wipes for your hands), it was all hot and perfectly cooked. The kebab even came in a fancy multilayer box thing that kept it hot during transit. The kebab itself was great - spicy and flavourful, and not too greasy. I liked all the different dipping sauces they have as well. So I guess take the negative reviews under advisement, but I'd say it might be worth taking a chance on this place, because you might end up with a great meal like mine.
Half of the time the food is great and we actually get what we ordered; half of the time we don't. We could write it off when this place was new, but now it's just a shambles. I find it baffling they can make so many errors - the menu is tiny!
Kebab was only warm. Delivery driver couldn't be bothered to get out the car. Exchanged an order item (or just sent the wrong thing) without contacting me. Disappointing as id been told this place was so good. Wouldn't order again .
