Very slow service. Especially the phone. Was on it for 10 minutes and was still number 5 in the queue where I started at the beginning of the call. Been in 3 times prior to sort out my prescription. Still not signed or sorted. V poor. Preferred it when it was smaller it was much more efficient then.
