I've been shopping at Jack & Jones since they opened in the Westgate. I've always managed to find something I like and the staff are always very helpful. If there's nothing in my size they have helped order it online. Recently, during lockdown - I needed to try and find a different size for some Chinos. I couldn't find any but the member of staff (possibly the manager) was so helpful. He tried to find some online for me but as we couldn't he help take in my returns and send them back for a refund. Just wanted to say a big thank you and that I'll always shop here each time I go to the Westgate.

Staff were really helpful and lovely. Their clothes are nice and they fit my boyfriend who is 6 foot 5 which are usually difficult to find.

Music so loud and annoying you can't even think. Handled about 10 seconds in the shop. Would not even go back. If your clothes are that boring and average that you have to make the experience exciting by making peoples ears bleed, it's trying too hard.
