This KFC is really good, it is in a services so prices will be a little bit more but unfortunately there's not a lot of alternatives in Oxford, need more KFCs. The quality is great and makes for a nice treat, easily accessible with parking as it is in a services, order can be at the counter or at a self service screen.

Very disappointed of this place. Bought a take away, when I git home and opened the food, a big black hair in the middle of the food and had to throw the food away. I know is something that could happen, so went back to get only a refund and their said they can't give a refund only vouchers. I don't need vouchers as I don't plan to eat here ever again, so they said to contact customer support, did that.. but I did not get a response in one month so I emailed again.. and they offered again only vouchers and still did not even cover the amount I spent on the food. Useless customer service, only asked for a refund, wasted already to much time with this, just be aware.
