Not great! I dont know why companies leave their roles with these types of high street agents? And PAY them for the \service\. I eventually got a call after 4 days and a week after my application, only to be spoken to about the wrong job, the agent didn't know what job I was referring to, whilst on the line I sent the link and was told it had been placed yesterday. I had zero confidence they understood the role let alone reviewed my application. I've used Purely Recruitment co. on Milton Park since who were an absolute pleasure and worked so hard for me. Jo Thomson recruitment has also been a good contact, I'd stick to the smaller, boutique agents everytime.
