The foreign staff need to learn about customer service. Very rude indeed.

Very informative tour, fascinating to see how it all works in such harmony. Very friendly tour guide speaking through an ear piece so you don't miss a thing even if your at the back of the group!
Check this place out. Where mini is built here in Oxford plant. Total awsome to go on this tour!
Amazing experience and really well organized . It's a must visit in Oxford .
A brilliant place and our guide Leonel was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Highly recommended.
Amazing plant for mini production. Having owned Two new generation minis and several original design ones too, with my next Cooper S about to be built, you can definitely call me a mini fan. When I heard about the factory tour, I booked a place for myself and the wife (also a mini owner) immediately. I'm pleased to say that the plant tour lived up to expectations, a thoroughly fascinating and amazing experience ... what a setup they have in Oxford. I believe there's around 1200 robots of various sizes, welding, moving, measuring, transporting etc the pieces that make up these fantastic cars. We were told by our guide that only a handful of cars per year are alike, because of the endless list of possibilities regarding specification, colour etc. Also, this is the first car production line anywhere in the world that has incorporated the building of the electric version car right in with the 'normal' petrol and diesel versions .... considering the different build characteristics (chassis changes, large battery fitting etc) this is an incredible production achievement. The tour includes a commentary and question answering, by a headset provided, so useful as it is a fairly noisy plant. A new mini rolls off the line every 67 seconds over 24 hours, 5 days a week .... Be prepared for a fair bit of walking and climbing stairs .... highly recommended. No photography allowed by the way Didn't manage to see my new car being built unfortunately !!
