I cannot thank enough the monks who helped me when I was most desperately in need of help and guidance. Learnimg from them i managed to put myself back together and luck started to favour me altogether i achieved what i thought was a lost cause already. I also realised meditation is the final cure yet it is a ongoing course for life. It takes continuous effort and over time, one can themselves gaining more and more strength for the future to come.
