Very nice place, beautiful outdoors. Good food. Unfortunately, they had run out of what we ordered first that night. But second option was good.

We dined at The Perch a few days after restaurants were given the green light to re-open in light of the Covid-19 lockdown. The service was excellent, with clear directions given about hygiene. The food was delicious. The ambience is always great, particularly outdoors in the summer. Notwithstanding the generally great food and service, the price is still a little too high for what The Perch provides.

The Perch is absolutely stunning! The location by the river, the wonderful food and drinks, the friendly and excellent service. All of it combined leads to a brilliant experience. I ordered the fish and chips and my partner had the vegetarian burger and both were wonderful. My partner went as far as saying it was the best vegetarian burger she had ever had!! High praise indeed.
Good food and a nice location. Fish and chips very nice; and the terrine delicious. Staff knowledgeable about food and drink options. Broad menu and decent selection of beers.
