I have always found them to be amazingly helpful with whatever I or my children have had going on.The receptionists are extremely friendly and are always willing to help.The doctors there have always made sure they have had time to listen to my problems and have never felt rushed or hurried..I never have to wait for an appointment and they bend over backwards to make sure that I get the help as quick as possible.When my son had a problem we were called into the doctors within 10 mins and then rushed over straight from the docs to the hospital.Nothing was too much for them to do at all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this doctors

After reading these reviews nothing has changed since we was there as patients.. we have obviously moved to a different practice. We was treated with absolute disgrace by a receptionist at old farm surgery.. she was absolutely disgusting towards us regarding our son who has Cystic Fibrosis. We emailed a complaint and the poor doctor was so apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault in any way. We had been patients there for 17 years (my son with CF a patient for 10 years) and had never been spoken to the way we had. The doctors, nurses and midwives are amazing but the receptionist was vile!!!

Fortunately we're not with this surgery anymore and that's not because of the Doctors or Nurses there but because of the disgraceful receptionists they have here, one older in particular. I wrote an email of complaint to our then doctor there about it but reading these reviews it sounds like nothing has changed, and seemingly have gotten worse. Do not use this surgery unless you like being treated with utter contempt by the receptionists that are somehow still employed there.
