Everyone was really friendly. Ben took the time to patiently listen to what was wrong and once the pain was identified and diagnosed, he explained it to me in terms I could understand. I think all of my many questions were answered, too! Every precaution was taken re. Covid requirements, as well. Very professional. Plus, my back is now feeling much better, so I'm really grateful.
