Having bought the majority of my car's from Arnold Clark this has to be special because the car sold to me today was presented immaculately and priced well trade in faultless and the sales staff friendly and interested in the cars they sell daily still smiling
Visited Arnold Clark Fiat Paisley today with my Daughter. Good layout and we'll organised with new corona virus restrictions. Good selection of used cars. No bargaining power when buying a car which is strange but they do offer a price match service and having done some research I knew the asking price was a good deal. Friendly and helpful staff. Would use the branch again. Also visited the Toyota Bishopbriggs Branch the day before and found the selection and prices good. Salesman was patient and friendly, didn't get his name but he'd just had twin sons. Opened a few cars to let my daughter sit in them and get a feel for them. Used the online reservation to reserve a car and then bought a different car from a different branch. Easy to get refund though and still friendly and helpful. Bought a Toyota and got a good deal on service plan so will use Toyota Bishopbriggs for servicing. Well worth a visit and a look around be prepared though no test drives due to social distancing!
Badly run place needs a revamp of staff.
