1 star is too much! Worst company I've ever had to deal with. You get nothing but lies from their 'customer service dept' a.k.a Greg. I don't want to write too much as I as I don't believe people properly read To summarise: - Payment upfront (approx 4200 total) - Van engine refurbishment incl. turbo took 6 weeks (promised in 2 weeks) - Front brake severely bound on when collected, obviously no testing had taken place. - Engine now severely underpowered. Dangerously slow. 50 mph max going uphill! - RH drive shaft support bearing removed to get engine out quickly and not refitted. After a few hundred miles, severe vibration issues and drive shaft was found unsupported and coming out the gearbox. Again, dangerous mechanical practices being undertaken here. - In Jan 19, they agreed to look at my van under warranty. 5 weeks later, after several lies I went and collected. The van had not moved an inch despite being told that the fault had been investigated and was nothing to do with their work. Battery flat and brake bound on again. - Current status is that I have a van that is worse now than before they did the work. I've had to fault find myself and it appears that the timing has been incorrectly set - quite a bit out too. Currently compiling a case to go to Trading Standards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. CONSIDER A SCRAP OPTION OR FIND A REPUTABLE COMPANY. THE WARRANTY IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT'S WRITTEN ON.

Had an engine 'reconditioned' by them. First off I was told they had a reconditioned engine and wanted my engine in exchange, sent my engine to them but the engine they sent me wasn't the right one so had to wait for my original engine to be reconditioned. It then took a month to get back and was fobbed off each time we checked the progress of the 'reconditioning' Engine hasn't lasted 6 months, pretty sure it was just cleaned up and painted. Complete waste of time and money.

Don't normally dont like to write bad reviews but this was the worst company iv ever dealt with. Needed engine ASAP and the reason I used these was because they said the engine would be delivered within 48 hours, but needed to pay 1500.00 straight away to get engine quickly and they will get it despatched sameday... Week later still nothing... No tracking number and the customer service was appalling... Spoke to a chap called Greg, who has the customer service training of a fish... Didn't know what he was talking about and keep fobbing me off with lies... Saw straight through the lies and contacted my bank to cancel payment... Luckily enough I caught the scam early and my bank got my money back. AVOID!! Check other reviews before using... Simaliar thing has happened to lots of people. They don't even deserve 1 star!!
