We purchased a engine from National engines 02/04/2019, was charged a surcharge on the old one, sent it to them. GUESS WHAT we have never received the money back, still waiting from April for the money, we have sent loads of emails , phoned hundreds of times, but manager always away on holiday and unable to speak to the accounts department. We are waiting hundreds of pounds. Looks like court action is the only way forward. I would advice not to purchase from here. 25/02/2020 still awaiting surcharge / credits for old engine returned.
Terrible ! Complete rip off merchants. Sent the wrong engine and then the 2nd blew up.
AVOID AVOID AVOID Please do not touch these scam artists with a barge pole. Long story short engine went bang these guys called said they could do a quick turnaround paid upfront to the sum of 5k only to be sent a wrong engine so cancelled the order and now they are with holding all my money. Once they have your cash they do not speak on the phone nor reply to emails. Constantly fobb you off and if your unlucky enough to speak to Greg he will just hang up but you have to feel sorry for him its because his tiny brain cant actually cope with speaking to members of the public. They have that many people answering the phone that are the most unhelpful people you will ever come across. They treat you as if you have ordered a white loaf of bread and not spent five thousand pounds. It is now a POLICE matter and have left with them.
I got a response from the owner when I last made a review.. so I hope to get a response now as all my emails are being ingnored.. WHEN ARE YOU PLANNING TO PAY THE 2004 BACK TO M6 GROUP OF COMPANIES LTD USING THE BACS DETAILS GIVEN ON THE CANCELLATION FORM?
