I first used Jason with the intention of taking a limited number of weekly PT sessions with the goal of achieving specific changes in body definition over a 3-4 month period, and we achieved my goals within that timescale. I have however continued my PT sessions for almost another year now as we continue to make great progress with both my fitness and shape. Jason is an excellent trainer and makes training enjoyable as every session is different and inventive. The new purposely designed gym facility is great. Highly recommended!

The extensive list of PT clients Jason has is an indication of his dedication to the job. The results his clients achieve are subject to this. Lovely clean well kitted out environment to get the results you want out of PT. Please do give him a try you won't be disappointed.

I've been training with Jason for a short while and I've been very impressed with his knowledge and his approach to training. He clearly explained the benefits of each exercise and how to perform them correctly. His advice on nutrition is simple and concise. The gym itself is also great, it has a wide range of equipment and allows for a diverse and challenging workout.
