Fantastic play area for the kids. Clean which is fantastic. The food was delicious chicken burger. Prepare to spend about 40 for food and play for a family of 4. They have an under 5 area for babies Music is great for Adults and kids. WiFi as well. Overall great place for the day Out well staffed Great variety of stuff for ages and stages. Staff are friendly and approachable. Car park easily accessible. They provide appropriate clothing for the drop slide.

This has a huge/tall play section. At least 7 slides, a bouncy castle, a little ones section, set over 5 levels of play. One of the biggest soft play centres we have visited. A small cafe which does ok meals and coffee, at reasonable prices. Staff are friendly and numerous. The place is cleaned several times a day so it's never a real mess. I like it as the acoustic levels of the kids yelling and screaming seems to be muffled unlike a couple of the big tin shed ones where it seems to reverberate and get louder as the day goes on. A good and large free parking lot. A private party room so available as well.
This is our local soft play and my kids love it here. It’s also my first choice as it’s the cleanest soft play I have been to and all the staff are so friendly as well. This year my son had his 7th birthday party here and a week on he is still talking about it, so is his 2 yr old brother. A big thank you to Eve our party host who made the party run smoothly, even when she had 20 plus kids screaming juice orders at her, she was calm and still smiling. So thank you Big Adventure for a stress free birthday party
Wanted to pay by card but was told to use the cash machine. The cash machine didn't give me my money but took it from my account. I was then told I could pay by card. Do not use the cash machine. I was told the manager would look into it, nobody came up to us to let me know what was happening. I then had to go and ask and the manager ignored me while he made some coffees (I saw him only put in a small shot of coffee in one, not a full shot) . Then when he did finally acknowledge me he was useless in helping me with my issue. And ended up passing the buck back to his staff. No apology. The under 5's area is rubbish, wouldn't recommend particularly not for the price.
Great soft play. Food and drinks served at the cafe on site no food can be consumed on site that's not been purchased there. ATM available inside. There are also pound a go rides dotted all over the place and a bouncy castle at the back. Disabled access is the main entrance however no automatic door. Good parking facilities. Also close to main bus route. Usually very busy especially during holidays.
