It was the first time I'd bought a used car and I was a little anxious. I didn't know the rules of the game. Could I trust the cars? The salesman? Was I expected to haggle? I was lucky to be in the Fiat/Jeep section of Palmers at Hemel Hempstead where I met a young salesman called Harry Molloy.. He was totally honest and well informed. He listened to me. He never tried to sell me anything. I felt he was on my side. When I dithered between several different cars he gave me his frank opinion. As a result I made the right choice, a Jeep renegade, and I'm very happy with it..

Jordan Cave super, customer focussed service. Bought my Wrangler from Palmers Motor company 2 months ago and like it so much that I ordered for my wife a Renegade. We live far in the north of Scotland but the help we had from Jordan made buying so far from home very easy. would recommend the dealership to my friends, family and any one else. super service. ask for Jordan.

The service manager reprogrammed the ignition key for my 20 year old Fiat so the immobiliser worked. He wouldn't take any money and said it was an early Xmas present. What a star! Sorry I couldn't remember your name, but you made my day. Many thanks

I scoured the Internet for a particular car and model. But all the dealers were holding their over-inflated prices....probably to make as much as possible as most likely not selling enuf during these three locckdowns. All the cars were sitting on the websites for months. I started in Nov and they were still there by Jan, some still there. But then a new find came up on Palmers Motor Co. I sent an enquiry and after a few fone calls agreed a price below every other company I tried for a car and this one with lower mileage and better condition. So I bought the car without any hassle. It was delivered but I found a small scratch on the inside middle of the windscreen where the tinting had been scraped off (hardly noticeable unless you're a bit finicky like me). Fearing the worst I called the salesman, Kiran, and without any stress or hassle he agreed to a new manufacturers screen. New screen in place, as agreed, Kiran refunded me the agreed amount IMMEDIATELY and refund was in my account next day. I've been impressed by Kiran & Palmers 'no hassle, stress-free' and professional approach. This after sales service was excellent. Full marks for them. Next car.....defiantly go to their site first, such a pleasant way to do business....just hope they have what I want later this year as I've never before come across such a simple way to get fantastic attitude from a car salesroom. Highly recommend this company, Palmers, in particular this salesman Kiran.

I would like to thank the entire team at Fiat for the service they rendered. My car needed a lot of work and I had decided not to go ahead with the repairs, however the Manager Pasquale contacted me and gave me an indepth overview of the condition of the car, which allowed me to fully understand what was wrong to then make an objective decision. To top it all, the offer option was such a pleasant surprise, and I wasn't expecting this kind of service. I also particularly want to thank Shana Harris for the excellent customer service from start to finish (and this was quite a long time mght I add) You went above and beyond for me with the rest of the team and made me feel so valued as a customer and have left a lasting impression on me as your loyal customer! Thank you again Fiat Team!

I can’t fault the sales experience, Grant from MG was easy to get along with and even remembered me when I returned 6 months after my initial test drive to actually buy a car. The showroom for the brand is a well-presented small dealership. I remember the test drive was very accommodating - thankfully, this isn’t one of those dealers that asks you to spend money on a car after driving it round the block for five minutes at 20mph. I think I did 50 miles on all kinds of roads during my first test drive. The ZS EV itself was delivered quickly, all at the price and mileage I was quoted for the spec. It’s a shame that Palmers seem to be slightly hamstrung by what MG themselves will allow / make available when it comes to offering “freebies” with the EV (extra cables, software updates etc), but that’s not really a big deal. Santander finance also seem a bit fussy when it comes to the EV specifically, but Grant did what he could, kept me up to date throughout and we got there as quickly as it was possible to do so. I would gladly buy another car off these guys in future. The vehicles are good quality, excellent value for money, and with dealers like Palmers I’m sure there is a bright future ahead for MG in the UK. Will update the review once I’ve had dealings with the service dept, but I don’t foresee any issues.
