Came in today there was one girl in by herself didn’t help me when I asked for help I saw her name badge . I highly recommend if you go in don’t ask Sophia for any help because she will just ignore you very poor service

Been in today wanting quite a few xmas presents, staff not helpful at all, didn't have bracelet in size I needed, I asked if could order one she said she did expect any stick before xmas! I said they would ne losing out on a sale, there jus not bothered
