Friendly and fantastic service from Reena (owner) every time visited store. Always welcoming and happy to let you browse. Often have visited store with partner as they don’t stock any men’s outfits at present but always given genuine advice on what to wear to compliment my partners outfit when purchased from Panaaz or not. Would highly recommend people to visit this shop in Leicester for amazing pieces and ones of which you will not find in every other shop of the same kind or quality.

Reena is amazingly helpful. She understood exactly what I like and understood me as a customer. She was always ready to help even after purchase. After sales service is great! I enjoy shopping at Pannaz boutique, and because of that even if I go there to say hello, I end up spending all my money there! Would definitely recommend to anyone, or any bride that wants something unique and a personalised service. Not just brides but also for any occasion. Pannaz boutique is not your regular high street 9-5pm shop. I feel like the business understands the value of keeping customers happy for repeat business! like I said I spent all my money there.
