Gordon designed our kitchen and was our point of call, he was brilliant from start to finish, we very nearly cancelled our first appointment with panorama as we had had quotes from some corporate kitchen leaders, and the quotes were very high. Panorama came out, gave us a good quote and the quality and style is amazing!! We had mike Pickstock kitchen do the fit, and considering we chose to have it all done just as a pandemic hit the world, timing was everything! But everyone worked together like clockwork and we are over the moon with our new kitchen! I would highly recommend to anyone

My experience contacting Panorama kitchens was very poor. I got in touch because all the vinyl wrap (or veneer I'm not sure) is falling off the units. I didn't buy the kitchen originally, I inherited it when I bought the house, so I initially just asked what they would advise. After leaving my details I got.... No response. Chased up a month later and was advised to await a response from customer service. Another month went by, and after chasing up again I finally got a response: \the warranty is not transferable and you were not the original customer\. To be absolutely clear, despite what Panorama suggest in their response below, they did identify the year they had installed it, and the original customer name (not exactly rocket science using my address). Leaving them in no doubt that the workmanship was theirs. They did suggest that I might want to buy a new kitchen as a solution, but seeing as a 30,000 plus kitchen seems to be falling apart after a few years I wasn't keen on that idea. Even more worrying is that Panorama weren't concerned to see the pictures at all, as long as they didn't have to expend any effort putting it right! I will aim to upload the pictures somewhere, you wouldn't believe it, several of the units are back to bare MDF! I've also uploaded a picture of the Panorama branding on the kitchen, seeing as they have responded to my review suggesting that it may never have been supplied by them.

Dear Donna A huge, belated thank you for your amazing design of our beautiful new Panorama kitchen. Graham and I are delighted with our perfect kitchen. We love entertaining and now have all the tools for the trade. Everything is where it should be which is a completely down to your ideas, design and interpretation of what we wanted and needed. The reason we chose Panorama was firstly because your design was the best we had seen and secondly because it was manufactured locally in Liverpool. We also thought it was a quality product and loved the variety of choice offered. Special thanks must go to Mike who managed the entire project, liaising with the double glazing team who built the orangery. Mike made the whole process seamless and although a long process, due to the enormity of the project, the two teams worked extremely hard and their expertise and professionalism were exceptional. The finished transition from a nasty brown 90’s kitchen/conservatory to state of art kitchen/orangery totally exceeded our expectations.
