I will no longer be returning to this shop after being a repeat customer for a few years now! Today I witnessed a member of staff Gayle be disgustingly rude to a clearly disabled lady who had done nothing more than ask for help politely! Utterly disgusting!

Well organised, sanitiser on entry and at the till. Pleasant service
Bought a helium balloon for an anniversary today. After leaving it in the car for 30mins came back and found that it had deflated. Took it back to the shop and the lady started accusing that I must have bashed it or that the temperature caused it to deflate. This was not to do with the temperature but to a faulty balloon as there was a hole found. The customer service was shocking, I left the balloon with them and didn't get a refund although all I wanted and asked for was a replacement with no hole. I then went to Talking Flowers across the road where I received professional service and a helium balloon that hasn't deflated!!
