Great exercise venue. Nice cafe. They open the track on Saturday mornings so that young children can learn to ride their bikes which is fabulous!

My son attended the half term activity days down there. He absolutely loved it. Got extremly messy and wet just like kids should!! He had a wonderful time. Thank you Par Track. We look forward to next time.

This is a friendly accessible sports facility. Good track side cafe, children's play area, very dog friendly. The \pump\ skateboard/scooter/bike track is very popular with people coming to use it from a big area around. Lots of opportunity for all age groups to participate in any number of sports and keep fit. Plenty of free parking .

The field is amazing for dogs to run around and a nice pathway has been built to walk all the way around without getting muddy. The skate park also brings families and older children together in a safe and friendly environment. There is also a cafe here for when you have walked your dogs or if you want to have a gym session in the room next door. A family park is also available next to the cafe for a fun play time! The busiest times for the cafe is between 11am and 12pm. Highly recommended!

Visited track as a spectator for my son's Cornwall schools athletic's meeting - have been a few times before, always a good atmosphere. The athletes seem to appreciate the facilities on offer and generally have a good time. Only slight gripe as a spectator would be that for day long events there's not enough seating.
