Richard and his team did a fantastic job in helping us get our timber frame project from paper to reality. Job was completed quickly and efficiently and on time. Any issues that did arise where quickly sorted. The great thing with Paramount that made us chose them was there smart panel system where electrical back boxes and plumbing pipework was pre-installed which saves the hassle of follow on trades sorting to make the build quicker. If we were doing this as developers we would use them again but this for us is our house for life so just doing this the once.

We came across Paramount Timber Frame and instructed them on one of our projects 2 years ago on a housing scheme we designed. Since then we have been working on another project of 9 units and are in the process of coming up with a unique house design type together using their fascinating, cost effective timber frame process. We have found the team to be engaging and have the best interest at heart, delivering a great project for our developer client and other clients of course. Highly recommended!
We recently awarded a Contract to PTF for a new build project of 8 large apartments in Welwyn, Herts. PTF have performed excellently on the Project. They have been punctual, fair with variations and above all happy to assist in resolving issues which inevitably arise. We look forward to working with them on future jobs.
Can’t reccommend Richard and the team more highly. Changed my original plans from a tradition masonry build to incorporating an inner timber leaf Frame and am so glad I did. The team were efficient, on time and a pleasure to be around whilst on site and really helpful with the design process off it. Will definitely be using Paramount again on future projects. A really quick and efficient install. From a concrete slab too completed frame and floors in three weeks. This quick pace programme has allowed me to have follow on trades come in faster and get the job pushed on a lot quicker than standard brick build. Would recommend highly. Many thanks.
