I visited the Quedgeley branch after a parcel was not delivered to me after the sender had failed to put my house number on. I needed the part desperately before I went back home to Portugal. The member of staff was so helpful and went out their way to track the parcel down in the depot. Service like this restores my faith in humanity when so many \Just don't care\. Thank you parcelforce!

Absolutely useless company. The review system doesn't let you give no stars, which is what I would have liked to give. Paid extra to get next day delivery. Package not delivered next day. Tracking text then said it would be delivered the following day. Well after the supposed delivery time, a tracking text came advising that the driver \could not find the address\. Funny that, Hermes, Amazon, DPD, etc. don't seem to have any problem finding us. There's only 7 houses at our postcode! Trying to get some help from a real person is a nightmare. Don't use this company if you can possibly avoid it!

honestly the worst delivery service I've ever come across. My partner ordered a present for his nan over a week ago. Due to work we missed the parcel Tuesday which was fair enough and we were happy to wait till the next day. I sat in all day waiting for the parcel to arrive and my partner called the company which they responded \ the driver couldn't find the address and couldn't be bothered to try so came back to the depot we will try again tomorrow\. So I have waited all day again today even called them myself and was told the depot would phone me with an explanation. SURPRISE no phone call and non the wiser about where this parcel is! absolutely shocked at this service!!!
