Got ripped off after hiring the machine that didn’t work. Do not hire from this company, they are dishonest. The worst customer service ever, extremely rude and unhelpful.

Got ripped off after hiring the equipment. Charge me for 10 more edge sand belts and for not emptying the dust bags (which I definitely did, I have a bin bag of dust to prove it). They didn't want to know about when I called them.

I almost didn't visit this store based on the previous bad review. However, thought I'd pop in and give them a try as time was limited, and I'm very glad that I did! I was helped to a quality floor sander very promptly with minimum of fuss over paperwork. Unfortunately, the power cable packed up the next day. Upon calling it was only 30 minutes before a new one had been delivered to my door, and my reservation extended at no extra charge. Cannot recommend highly enough - please ignore previous bad review!
