Very pleasant, helpful staff. Dr Joanne Rafferty made the visit as pleasant as possible, listening and responding professionally to any queries I had. Dental nurse was pleasant and efficient. Careful attention was given to COVID precautions ensuring I felt safe in the environment.

I am a nervous person. I haven't even had my treatment yet, and I am actually looking forward to it (never have I ever felt this way about the dentist). The staff here are reassuring actual care was taken in describing the issues and treatment required. having gone to other dentists in Co down not one took the time care and attention this practice did. its not an in and out service they actually addressed issues I was not even aware of that any other dental practice could've but didn't. A Very Big Thank You!
I had an old cracked filling. I could feel it was going. I emailed and asked for an appointment and got one the very next day. My own dentist could not see, but Dr. Liz Park had a cancellation at 3. I was very grateful to get the appointment before the 2 week circuit breaker lockdown. Dr. Park was gentle and very efficient. Thank you!
