Due to a not so good experience at another dealership I decided to try Parks Whifflet, and can say that so far they've been brilliant. My initial call to them was handled professionally, and very friendly. I went in today and met Steven, as I wanted to place an order for a Motability car. Steven was both professional and knowledgeable when it came to the car. He's very friendly too. After showing me the car I was interested in and taking me through available options I placed an order. Everything was easy, and well explained to me. I'm looking forward to getting my new car. Happy to leave a review after collection. Highly recommended showroom.
I just purchased my new car this week! Nathalie was a great help. She was very knowledgeable and took her time with us answering all the questions I had and making sure she got me the best deal. I was able to pick my car up within a couple of days, it was immaculate and Nathalie even checked in with me a few days after to make sure everything was going well! A really enjoyable and stress free experience! Would definitely recommend the Coatbridge branch!
