Bought my new Renault Clio from here and could not be happier. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly on arrival and gave us a lot of information to help us decide on our chosen car. When we collected the car, we were shown all the buttons and gadgets and basic operation of the car (some basics like fog lights etc as well as things like programming the preset buttons for the radio!) The measures in place for COVID19 - masks and hand gel at the door, screens at all desks made me feel safer when in the showroom as well. Would 100% recommend!!

When the offside brake light on my Renault Zoe died I visited Halfords to get a replacement bulb using their widely advertised WeFit service. When they refused to change it because of a isk of death\ due to my car being all electric, (a ludicrous claim as the lights on a Zoe are connected to a 12v battery, just like pretty much every other car on the planet,) with some trepidation I took the car to the closest Renault dealer instead. I needn't have worried. The service team at Park's Renault were able to quickly source the correct replacement bulb and fitted it for me. The total cost of this was a mere 7.61 - significantly less than the \budget\ Halfords service and with a complimentary coffee thrown in during the 5 minute or so wait. Superb!

Bought our first Renault last year. A Kadjar. We are in with it! We told the sales team our budget and what we were after and we got exactly what we were after. Every member of staff we came across was friendly, went over and above and made us feel great about our new purchase. The garage itself are top notch with all covid safety measures. I felt safe and not at risk at any point through out the visits. I will absolutely be back for all servicing and and future cars! I would highly recommend you do the same!

We were looking for a new car and went on the Parks website which was really easy to use unlike some , we saw one we liked and and went in for a test drive . David the manager and John the salesman were great in arranging everything from trading in our old car to getting our new one on the road in a couple of days . Highly recommended if you want good service
