Disgusting service, tried to speak to them for 4 weeks, when I finally got through they referred to my horse as ‘it’ all through the conversation and still could not tell me when he can be collected. God only knows how they have treated our beloved horse. Do not use if you love your animal !!

Horrific horrific place... after 4 weeks of no news we called up to find out whats going on to be told they will have to find out where \it\ is in the process. That \it\ being my beloved horse companion for the past 20 years.
Passeys came out to take the pain away for my horses . I was totally heartbroken and passeys were fantastic. My boy passed with his dignity in calm and quiet atmosphere. They couldn't have done it any better .
