We chose Michael among other few companies that came to quote. You always get few cowboys and few decent tradesmen so Michael falls into the latter category. We had few similar quotes for changing lead flashing and re-tiling the back roof of our Victorian house that was in a bad state and chose Michael because he was most responsive, professional and straightforward. The job was done on time, well and with minimum stress for us so we would definitely recommend Michael and his team.

Michael and the Patronas roofing team have just completed a fantastic update to the outside of our property with replacing the Facias, Sofits , guttering & Downpipes. In addition they also replaced the old flat roof over the garage with a new Duo Ply fleece backed rubber roof. All the works and finishes have been to a really high standard. Micheal agreed a high specification on the job at our first meeting , and successfully delivered to his word. Already recomended Patronas to our neighbours.
Michael and his team were very efficient at fitting our guttering. It now looks so much better and doesn’t leak. Great job at a great price.
We used Patronas roofing to remove our old finlock concrete gutters and install new guttering for us, as well as replacing our roof underlay/felt. Patronas Roofing have recently replaced my fascias, soffits, front door surround, guttering and uPVC cladding with new boards. The finish was superb and the service was excellent. Michael and his team are professional and tidy workers. My house looks amazing and I am very pleased with the slate grey coloured cladding, it is stylish and has made my 1970's house look more contemporary. I would highly recommend this company. My neighbours have already been passed their details as they are impressed with my homes new look, and they are now considering updating their own too!
Very nice chap came with his assistant. Replaced dripping gutters, repaired dislodged tile and installed wakalead flashing on conservatory roof. Very reliable, quote was spot on, will be having Michael back to repair pointing and gutter at front of house. Thank you Patronas
