Paula is an amazing Reiki therapist! I have suffered with chronic neck ache and migraine since past 5 years ago. Coming to see Paula was the best decision I have made to ease my pain. She was superb and ever since she has performed reiki I am able to sleep peacefully and I haven’t experienced it again. I would strongly recommend to visit it her as she’s excellent and have amazing strengths.

Pollylou is an exceptionally gifted and intuitive healer. She has a lovely warm presence and always makes you feel at ease in her sessions. I had my first Reiki appointment yesterday and I immediately started feeling an energy shift in my body. Immediately after the appointment I felt quite light-headed and went straight to bed. This morning I'm feeling refreshed, revived and very peaceful. Physically, I have recently been experiencing an achey shoulder which has subsided since my appointment. I am looking forward to seeing how I feel over the weekend. Highly recommend.
I've never had Reiki done before but I have heard so much about it so thought it was worth a go. Before seeing Pollylou I suffered with shoulder pain from loose muscles and was receiving physiotherapy that didn't always feel like it worked, also had a blurry patch in my eye. I was amazed at how quickly the Reiki worked, literally within an hour I felt energised, the shoulder pain was pretty much nonexistent. The next day the blurry patch in my eye started to disappear. Pollylou is amazing at what she does. She made me feel relaxed and calm before and during. Explained what Reiki does, she's just brilliant. The studio is very welcoming as well. I would definitely recommend Pollylou.
Hay fever relief for my 13 year old, just a short session but definitely some improvement. Would recommend you give it a try. Pollylou was great with my son and it was a really positive experience.
I was completely oblivious to Reiki and now so amazed with it! I feel my wellbeing and outlook on everything has changed - I always leave Pollylou feeling relaxed and calm, and find the weeks following I am full of energy and have positive attitude. My last session I had a pulled muscle in my neck which was concentrated on, that evening I finally slept well and the next morning no more discomfort
I was recommended too pollylou as I have had the worst hay fever I have ever had, I was abit unsure of trying it but as it was so bad it was too the point where I would try anything, I had one session and the next morning all though I had sleep in my eyes, my eye lids weren’t stuck together like they usually are and by the second day the itching has stopped and so had the sneezing, I was given some crystals too put under my pillows and 2 and half weeks since I had the session, I’m still hay fever free! Cannot thank her enough, don’t knock it till you try it.
I have reiki with Paula on a fortnightly basis, it makes me feel centred and calm, she's really excellent at what she does. Ellie x
