My kitchen cabinet covering are all coming off. I knew the kitchen was not under warranty but was looking for support to fix the issue. The answer from Paula Rosa Manhattan was - we are unable to assist and I should buy new doors. Shocking after sales service!

Paula Rosa Manhattan quality kitchen. They told me not to open the oven door or will delaminate doors but this was designed by PAULA ROSA MANHATTAN they obviously thought it was a showhome andcthecoven should not be used! They refuse to reply to my emails.
Appalling experience with both their customer service and fitters - do not use if you can avoid it! We didn't get a choice, as they are the provider of kitchens for new homes on our estate. Communication was dreadful when it came to asking for a worktop replacement due to the poor quality of what had been fitted, we waited absolutely ages to finally get fitters in (clearly we aren't their priority, as a non-paying customer), and when the fitters finally turned up, they did not complete the job. We now have no idea of when they are returning, after being told it would be within 2 days but this turned out to have been miscommunication from the fitters. We're stuck with a half finished worktop, unable to progress with tiling until they return to seal the worktop and bring the edging (which their warehouse didn't supply for the job), and they are also denying having had any knowledge of the handles needing to be replaced, despite several emails and phone calls exchanged with them on this. Don't waste your time - go to Wickes or B&Q, which have lovely kitchens and the service is much better compared to this clown service.

The kitchen supplied and fitted in my flat by this company, according to Barratts,, was not fitted correctly. Instead of fitting doors for integrated units using the supplied installation kits, tiny screws were used and expected to bear the load of me opening them. I first approach Barratts and they told me that Paula Rosa Kitchens were the suppliers to New Central, Woking.
