The service and advice offered by Pauls Cycles was excellent. They listened to my requirements for a new bike and provided advice on choice of bike and the pros and cons of each. Their range of stock was excellent especially considering a number of my local bike shops couldn't access stock. Once chosen, Simon provided me with expert advice in the setting up of my new road bike. They also provided some unbiased after sales advice on accessories that I needed. Overall, a first class experience from a great shop. Highly recommended.

Bought a bike online, now when everyone is struggling with stock and delivery times and I can say that I'm happy. Had some questions so I called twice and both time they answered and were very polite. Ordered on the 16th, got the bike on the 23rd. Bike shifts good, breaks good anything is (almost) perfect. My only issue is that I have a scuff crankset (see picture) but I'll assume this is from transport and I'm giving them 5 start for almost perfect delivery in those difficult times. I will buy again from them when I'll want to upgrade.

Staff is very friendly and helpful! I was getting my first road bike and didn't know much about it, but they were extremely helpful and explained everything I needed to know! Great service! It was quite a way for me to get to the shop, and only went to Pauls cycles as they were the only shop who had a specific bike that was recommended to me, but would definitely go back!

My son bought his bike from here in August, the after service has been first class. We took it back today as gear cable had broken, within 20 mins of was fixed, but with no questions. The staff are always helpful, polite and will give you the time you need. I would always recommend Paul's cycles, DVD definitely remain a long term customer.
