Love, Love, Love absolutely everything about Peaceful Learning. Responsive, caring, beautiful approach. Fast turnaround both with matches and communication. Diane goes above and beyond in her kind and sensitive supporting role and was always around to guide me or just be a sensitive listening ear, (we had a good laugh too ) Necane has great interview skills and put me at ease immediately and Lara, the CEO is just so thorough, relaxed but professional in her approach . This agency really are second to none and just have a fantastic ethos. I always knew how I wanted to be represented but could never find an agency out there who really understood how I wanted to work, what Post/family I was looking for and actually listen with integrity. Lara and her team are responsive, childcentered and caring. Lara is dedicated to finding the right nanny for the right family, following a consistent childcare philosophy. Her nannies absolutely adore her because in interviews they consistently say it's the first time that they have come across an agency that shares a philosophy that's all about affection and respect for the child, which always results in the very best outcomes for the longterm. At the moment Lara is a secret gem, but she won't be secret long as words gets around and that's a good thing for nannies, parents and most importantly the children they nurture.

Peaceful learning have been the best agency I have worked with as a Nanny by far. From the questions asked at initial registration (so considered and relevent) to regular check ins and good luck messages, the service they provide is exceptional. The thing that stands out for me is that the families they work with are just amazing! So mindful and conscientious and all really parenting with purpose- which is so beneficial to everyone- especially their children. To find a family whose values align with your own as a Nanny is so incredible and Lara and Necane constantly go above and beyond to make sure that that is the case. I cannot recommend Peaceful Learning highly enough!
