I am a fleet manager for a motorhome hire company and we had a hirer with a heating problem in Eastbourne which we were unable to fix over the phone. I called Lee and he was in there within the hour and got it fixed on site which we and our hirer were most pleased. All this on a Friday afternoon when Lee was due to go on holiday. Thanks Lee.
